Advanced Soccer Juggling: Juggling Pyramid
This is an advanced soccer juggling method for experienced soccer players. The goal of this training is spice up the normal juggling routine and challenge you in different ways on the ball.
In this particular video, the players had the advanced soccer juggling goal of getting to 5 juggles. What this means is:
1 Right Foot Juggle, 1 Left Foot Juggle
2 Right Foot Juggles, 2 Left Foot Juggles
3 Right Foot Juggles, 3 Left Foot Juggles
4 Right Foot Juggles, 4 Left Foot Juggles
5 Right Foot Juggles, 5 Left Foot Juggles
The challenging part is that you have to take the number of touches on the foot and it increases as you progress. For example, if you are working on 3 left foot touches, but then you have to touch the ball with your thigh, you have to restart from “0.” This works to train your composure as much as your touches, many players start to get really excited when they get close to the end and then end up dropping the ball.
So this advanced soccer juggling training goes to 5.

Daily Soccer Stars has one goal, Make Soccer Stars.
If you are a person who has only been playing 2 years or less, try to get to 3 first.
The next step will be 5.
If you have been playing for some time and are looking to challenge yourself, try to get to 10.
Advanced Soccer Juggling Pyramid Adaptations and Progressions
Obviously you could go on forever, but that gets pretty boring. If you can get to 10, start to add different restrictions on yourself. Like, get to 10, but the ball can’t go above knee height. Or, get to 10, but every touch has to go over head high (that would be pretty tough).
Remember, you aren’t in competition with anyone but yourself, just try to see how high you can get. Try to work your way up to 10, then start to add some different restrictions there.
